Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and include all original components.

We suggest that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. Customers are responsible for all costs related to return shipping. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your account for the purchase of the item, less the original shipping fee.
Software/ Design CDs/DVDs
There are NO exchanges, refunds or returns on opened Software/Design/DVD packages. We will exchange any defective merchandise for the same item within 30 days of purchase.
