Insurance
We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation or semi-inclusive insurance coverage. The rates are outlined on the registration form. Please note that pre-existing medical conditions must be declared prior to purchase as this can affect the coverage that can be offered. Health insurance can be obtained from your local provider and is strongly recommended.
Airfare
Airfare arrangements between your home city and Miami can be made by your own travel agent or yourself. We will notify you when you can make these airline reservations. Royal Caribbean must be advised of flight arrangements at least 45 days prior to departure. We recommend that you schedule a minimum of four hours both at the beginning and end of your cruise to allow for transfers, customs clearance and airport security checks. For transfer purposes, flight information must be provided to our travel coordinator at Adorable Ideas at the same time as final payment is made.
Optional Shore Excursions
Optional shore excursion packages, especially designed for our group, will be provided at a later date.
Passports
It is your responsibility to make sure that you have a passport that is valid at least six months after your departure date. The name on your travel documents must match the name shown on your passport. Canadian citizens require a valid passport for travel into the United States. Passengers holding a passport from a country other than the U.S. or Canada must notify Verstraete Travel so that we can advise you of entry requirements. Please provide the travel coordinator at Adorable Ideas with your passport number and expiry date.
Pricing
All prices are in U.S. dollars and are based on minimum group size and supplier quotations. In the event that significant changes take place due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to adjust the prices or cancel the program.
